Job summary

Work corp in Kuwait seeks a Loader Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading at our Al-Kuwait warehouse, leading a team of loaders to ensure accuracy and efficiency while maintaining safety.

You will monitor inventory, place supply orders, and liaise with other departments to ensure timely deliveries, with a focus on fast-paced operations and accurate task completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as loader or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in basic math calculations.
• Must have a valid biometric passport from Pakistan.
• English language proficiency is not required, but preferred
• Must be willing to relocate to Al-Kuwait for the duration of employment.
