Job summary

Avanta Works in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait, is looking for a Loader Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. You will load and unload materials from trucks, operate forklifts, sort and organize stock, and coordinate with colleagues to keep schedules on track.

This role requires a high school diploma, experience with loaders/forklifts, the ability to lift 50+ lbs, and the stamina to work outdoors in varying weather. Safety awareness and teamwork are essential to maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders and forklifts.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be physically fit and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles.
• Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to transport materials.
• Sort, stack, and organize materials in designated areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate with team members to coordinate loading/unloading schedules.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
