We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team in Bayan. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our library collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and promoting library programs and services.

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the library collection, including cataloging new materials, shelving books, and weeding outdated materials
- Assist patrons with research and reference inquiries, providing guidance on how to use library resources effectively
- Create displays and promote library programs and services to increase patron engagement
- Manage the circulation of materials, including checking books in/out, collecting fines/fees, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with other librarians to develop new programs and services that meet the needs of our diverse community
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in library science to continuously improve our services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field required
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a librarian or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with patrons of all ages
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficient computer skills for managing digital resources and using library databases

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting preferred
Salary: $1700 per month
