The United Beverage Company K.S.C.C is seeking a skilled Legal Advisor to develop and review contractual agreements and provide legal support. This role includes preparing legal documentation, conducting compliance checks, and managing legal risks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle contracts with integrity. Applicants should demonstrate an ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company interests.
Develop standard and non-standard contractual agreements and templates, review contracts prepared by clients from a legal perspective, identify and resolve legal risks, and ensure the adequacy of contract clauses and their alignment with United Beverage Company’s best interests.
Review contracts from a legal perspective, identify and resolve legal risks, and ensure clauses align with UBC’s interests.
Prepare all legal documentation, agendas, reports, and notes as required by United Beverage Company for relevant authorities, such as Power of Attorneys and authentication of contracts, to meet all legal requirements.
Conduct research on latest trends in account agreements, licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms, and contract amendments.
Ensure third-party agreements comply with internal policies and legal/regulatory requirements (local and international).
Provide legal advice to protect the company’s interests, minimize liabilities, and ensure compliance with statutes and regulations.
Support legal risk mitigation through research and investigations, assisting the Legal Advisor.
Handle and follow up on court judgments to safeguard the company’s legal interests.
Coordinate with external law firms to manage lawsuits and ensure proper court representation.
Follow up on payment delays with relevant stakeholders and legal advisors for timely resolution.
Maintain communication with legal advisors, court officials, and authorities to monitor case progress.
Prepare legal memos, briefs, and court documents with accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
Gather relevant legal documents and data for ongoing cases and operations.
Ensure legal data accuracy and updates in internal systems to support business and compliance.
Liaise with external legal advisors, government authorities, and service providers across jurisdictions.
Represent UBC in meetings and court sessions, ensuring proper legal representation.
Archive and maintain a filing system for legal documents, contracts, guarantees, and official papers.
Manage relations with legal contacts, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the direct manager.
