Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equiv. experience.
• 7+ years in media production/broadcasting/multimedia, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proficiency with audio/video production and digital media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of radio programs, podcasts, and multimedia content.
• Develop production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise producers, editors, videographers, engineers, designers, and freelancers.
• Ensure content meets quality, branding, and editorial standards.
• Collaborate with programming, marketing, and sales teams on campaigns.
• Manage studio operations and production workflows.
