Job summary

Canonical is hiring a Product Manager for Hardware Certification. This remote role in the EMEA region focuses on leading the development lifecycle, shaping OEM partnerships, and defining the go-to-market strategy for certification across compute hardware and devices.

You will work with engineering and product teams to drive the roadmap, engage with the Ubuntu community, and explore new business models while ensuring timely, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional academic results at high school and university.
• Strong understanding of Linux and open source communities.
• Familiarity with computer architecture, datacenters, cloud or devices.
• Passion for writing about technologies and trends.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hardware certification development lifecycle and roadmap with OEMs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and sales to align priorities.
• Define future business models considering competitive landscape.
• Engage with Ubuntu user community, partners, OEMs and customers to enable commercial success.
