Job Title: Lawyer

Location: Al-Kuwait

Salary: 1800

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Lawyer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have an outstanding ability to interpret and explain complex legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing legal documents such as statutes, ordinances, court decisions, contracts, etc.
• Developing strategies for handling various cases including civil litigation cases
• Representing clients in court proceedings before judges or juries
• Drafting briefs or arguments in support of client’s position before the court
• Negotiating settlements on behalf of the clients
• Providing advice to clients on their legal rights and obligations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; additional qualifications preferred
• Excellent knowledge of legal principles, processes, documents, and regulations
• Ability to research complex legal matters efficiently and accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
• No prior experience required; however, prior experience is an advantage
