Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with GPS equipment and computer software for data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good physical stamina for working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveys using various tools and techniques to determine land boundaries and topographical features.
• Analyze data from surveys to create maps, drawings, and reports for clients.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results.
• Utilize GPS equipment and computer software to collect and analyze data.
• Follow all safety regulations while conducting surveys on construction sites or in other potentially hazardous areas.
• Keep accurate records of survey data including measurements, calculations, and notes.
• Provide recommendations based on survey results for potential land development or construction projects.
