Job summary

Charm Connect is seeking a Land Surveyor in Al-Kuwait to measure and map land areas for construction projects. You will work with GPS, total stations, and laser levels to produce accurate boundaries and topographic maps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying and at least 2 years of experience, with CAD proficiency. The position is on-site in Al-Kuwait and offers visa-free opportunities for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor or related role.
• Proficient in using surveying tools such as GPS total stations and laser levels.
• Knowledge of CAD software for map creation and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations and laser levels.
• Accurately measure land boundaries, topography and other features.
• Create detailed maps and reports of survey findings.
• Provide recommendations for land use based on survey results.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate project plans.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey plans.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times.
