Job summary

Ecojob is seeking a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The role focuses on conducting accurate surveys of land areas, including topography and boundaries, to support construction projects and collaboration with architects and engineers.

You will conduct field surveys with total stations, GPS, and laser scanners, analyze data, and produce maps using specialized software. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to coordinate with clients and project teams across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying.
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software.

As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate and detailed surveys of land areas, including topography, boundaries, and other features. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to provide precise measurements and data for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting field surveys using various surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
• Collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundaries, elevations, and other features
• Creating maps and sketches of survey results using specialized software
• Communicating with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns
• Working with project teams to ensure accurate survey data is incorporated into design plans
• Managing survey crew members and providing training when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in land surveying
• Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
• Strong mathematical skills
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location

This position is based in Al-Kuwait but may require occasional travel within the country.
