PrimeLedger Associates is seeking a Land Surveyor Technician to assist the lead surveyor in gathering and analyzing data to determine precise land locations and measurements. This outdoor role rewards attention to detail and a passion for accurate field work.

You will operate GPS equipment, collect elevation, distance and angle data, prepare reports, and communicate with project managers to ensure on‑time completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of GPS technology and equipment used in land surveying.
• Ability to accurately collect, analyze, and interpret data.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead surveyor in conducting surveys of land areas using specialized equipment.
• Collect data on land features, including elevation, distance, and angles.
• Use GPS technology to accurately map out land features.
• Analyze collected data and prepare reports for the lead surveyor.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy of data and completion of projects on time.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on site.
• Communicate with clients or project managers as needed.
