Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent.
Minimum six years of continuous experience maintaining Combat Tactical Vehicles and related communication systems.

Responsibilities

Perform initial, in-progress, classification and final inspections.
Operate and inspect communication equipment to diagnose and troubleshoot defects.
Use technical manuals, bulletins and directives in inspections.
Examine parts for damage or wear using micrometers and gauges.
Order required repair parts using manuals.
Conduct tests on serviced/repaired equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Capable of giving and receiving instructions to shop personnel.
Inspect/test all types of communication systems as work ordered.
Perform PDQR process for damaged parts.
