Job summary

Career Raiser is seeking a senior leader to establish and grow a joint venture operation in the KSA region. The role reports to the JV chairman and oversees startup activities, recruitment, business development and project oversight across Damman/Al Khobar.

The candidate will drive multi-million pound project opportunities, coordinate with legal and finance, and ensure processes and systems are in place for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Science degree from a credited university in Environmental & Infra fields.
• Minimum 20 years in this sector with proven JV experience in the Middle East.
• Strong executive-level network of influencers and decision makers in the region.
• Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed targeted revenues, cash targets, profit and utilization; oversee budgeting.
• Deliver projects and initiatives with staffing, technical performance, schedule and profitability; provide oversight.
• Maintain programs in Quality, safety, sustainability, ethics and security.
• Develop and refresh a strategic plan for the KSA market aligned with regional goals.
• Coordinate marketing and business development activities and bid resources for major projects.
