Job Purpose
The Sales Key Account Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and collaboration with internal teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
Basic Function & Scope of Job
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand the company’s footprint.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
- Track and analyze account performance metrics, including sales figures, customer satisfaction, and contract renewals.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on account status, progress, and performance.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, customer service) to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
- Address any issues or challenges that arise and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve them effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Share relevant information and feedback with the company to support product development and strategic planning.
- Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure all contracts are executed in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Education
- University Pharmacy Degree holder
Functional Competencies
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Presentation skills.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving License
