Job summary

SwiftMove Logistics is seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. You will ensure attractive product displays, proper stocking, pricing, and rotation across assigned stores.

The role emphasizes building relationships with store staff, monitoring inventory, and supporting promotions. Part-time, 20 hours per week, with weekend availability and basic English preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail locations to set up and maintain product displays according to company standards.
• Ensure products are properly stocked, priced and rotated.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to promote our products.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate issues to relevant team members.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with product promotions and special events as needed.
