A reputable retail company in Al Ahmadi Kuwait is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to promote and sell our products This is a full-time position with accommodation provided

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising plans to increase sales and profitability
• Identify new trends and opportunities in the market
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure proper product placement
• Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet customer demand
• Create attractive displays to showcase products
• Conduct market research to stay informed on competitors products and pricing
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and promotions
• Train and supervise sales associates on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month based on experience
