Job summary

NTU International A/S is seeking a Junior Non-Key Expert – Event & Logistics Coordinator to support the logistical and administrative organization of EU-funded Facility activities, including workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions and study visits.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, tourism, communication or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience in event logistics and coordination with strong

Responsibilities

• Support logistical organisation of workshops, conferences, trainings, expert missions, and study visits.

• Liaise with suppliers and beneficiary institutions to ensure smooth delivery.
