Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in architectural drawings, presentations, and documentation for interior fit-out projects
• Support senior architects and project managers with design coordination and site inspections
• Prepare detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and joinery details
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements
• Coordinate with MEP, structural consultants, and vendors
• Monitor site progress and alignment with approved designs
• Participate in material selection and sample reviews
• Assist in BOQs, tender packages, and shop drawing reviews

Skills

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, preferably in fit-out/interior work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus
• Strong grasp of materials, finishes, and interior detailing
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
