JOB VACANCY: OFFICE COORDINATOR – KUWAIT
We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator (Full time) to join our team in Kuwait.
Requirements
- Valid Kuwaiti Driving License – Mandatory
- Fluent in Arabic – Mandatory (Speaking & Writing)
- Good communication skills in English
- Proven experience in administrative or office coordination roles
- Computer proficiency – MS Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in preparing invoices and basic accounting
- Prior experience in office administration or coordination
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle port-related documentation, including release notes and clearance papers
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and delivery notes
- Maintain records, handle data entry, and manage filing systems
- Support in documentation, filing, and office supply management
Location: Kuwait city
