Responsibilities include supervising the vegetable section, inspecting produce, preparing vegetables, maintaining hygiene, and preventing waste in a fast-paced central kitchen environment. Kuwaiti residence and transferable Visa 18 are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Vegetable Preparation Section is a MUST.
• Excellent Knife Skills ARE REQUIRED.
• Good knowledge of vegetable handling, cutting techniques, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced central kitchen or catering environment.
• Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
