• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, or onsite visit ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Diagnose hardware and software problems, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct regular system updates and maintenance checks to enhance performance and security.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot network issues, proactively identifying potential risks.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for employees, ensuring seamless onboarding.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
