A local IT support organization in Kuwait is seeking an IT Technical Support specialist to monitor and maintain their computer systems and networks. The role involves configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and onboarding new employees. Ideal candidates should have a background in Computer Science or IT and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. This position offers exposure to a variety of IT tasks and support across the company.

Qualifications

  • 1-4 years of experience in desktop support, server support, network support, or security is desired but not required.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology or any related course
  • 1-4 years of experience in either desktop support, server support, network support, or security is desired but not required.

IT technical support will monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organization. You will be installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
