Job Summary
The E.R.A.A Group is seeking a highly experienced IT Senior Technician (Pre-sales) with proven expertise in physical security systems, IT infrastructure, and cloud-based solutions. This role involves leading a team of technicians and engineers, managing system design and execution, and delivering end-to-end solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and the ability to integrate systems across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the deployment, integration, and support of Access Control Systems (e.g., Salto, HID, Honeywell) and CCTV/VMS platforms (e.g., Milestone, Axis, Honeywell, Pelco)
• Oversee and support server infrastructure including Windows and Linux environments
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot networking components including firewalls, switches, VLANs, and wireless systems
• Implement and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure for hybrid/cloud-hosted services, including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM
• Manage technical execution of projects from design through commissioning
• Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation such as IP schemes, network diagrams, and AWS configurations
• Ensure all deployments comply with cybersecurity protocols, technical standards, and client requirements
• Integrate physical security systems with IT and cloud platforms to deliver cohesive solutions
• Supervise and guide engineers and technicians, assigning tasks and resolving technical issues on-site
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery
• Design and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient network architectures for small to medium-sized environments
• Support and oversee vehicle tracking system integrations

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 6 years of experience with:
– Access Control and CCTV/VMS systems
– Server and network infrastructure (Windows/Linux, Active Directory, switches, firewalls)
– AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC)
• Strong understanding of LAN/VLAN design, IP routing, VPNs, and cybersecurity principles
• Hands-on experience with system integration, structured cabling, and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience preparing technical documentation and delivering enterprise-grade deployments
