Qualificações

• Experience with patent filings and prosecution.

Responsabilidades

• Review, prepare and file patent applications for clients.
• Advise on examination reports and responses.
• Manage deadlines and docketing for prosecutions.
• Process patent annuities to maintain validity.
• Provide filing strategy and local/regional guidance.
• Familiarize with local patent laws and IPMS system.
