stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Investor Relations Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in enhancing transparency and communication with the investment community. This position involves in-depth financial analysis, interpretation of market data, and preparation of strategic investor communications. The analyst will support the Investor Relations and M&A Department by analyzing shareholder data, market trends, and analyst forecasts to provide insightful reporting and effective stakeholder engagement. The goal is to enhance the company’s valuation and reputation through data-driven communication and strategic market intelligence.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Valuation: Conduct DCF, comparables, and precedent transaction analyses; interpret equity research and financial forecasts; monitor trading activity and peer performance.
• Investor Communications: Prepare investor materials (presentations, shareholder letters, earnings releases, Q&A), manage inquiries, and support executive prep for investor events.
• Reporting & Benchmarking: Lead the production of Annual and Sustainability Reports; benchmark company performance against peers and indices.
• IR Model & Disclosure Management: Maintain financial models with guidance and consensus estimates; coordinate timely, compliant financial disclosures and announcements.
• Digital & CRM Oversight: Manage and update the IR website/app; improve digital tools; maintain investor CRM and ensure regulatory compliance.
