Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services in Kuwait City is seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive a leading fashion group's influencer strategy across the Kuwait/GCC region. You will build relations with influencers, negotiate contracts and manage end-to-end campaigns, launches, and events.

You will track reach, engagement, conversions and ROI, maintaining a database of creators to identify top performers for strong brand impact and commercial results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or retail.
• Strong existing network of influencers and content creators in Kuwait and/or the GCC, with proven campaign management experience.
• Fluent Arabic is mandatory, with strong English communication and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and regional trends.
• Jordanian candidates preferred with understanding of Kuwait/GCC influencer culture and Arabic-speaking audiences.

A leading fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s apparel.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across fashion and lifestyle brand portfolio.


• Build and manage relationships with Kuwait/GCC influencers, creators and celebrities, including outreach, negotiation, contracting and campaign coordination.


• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, gifting, brand launches, events and activations.


• Track reach, engagement, conversions and campaign ROI, maintaining an influencer database and identifying the creators that deliver the strongest brand and commercial results

Qualifications:

• with at least 5 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, digital marketing, or brand partnerships, preferably within fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or retail.


• Strong existing network of influencers and content creators in Kuwait and/or the GCC, with proven experience managing influencer campaigns from identification and negotiation through execution and reporting.


• Fluent Arabic is mandatory, along with strong English communication skills and a strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging social media platforms, particularly regional content and influencer trends.


• Commercially confident in negotiating influencer rates, contracts, deliverables, exclusivity, and brand ambassador agreements. Jordanian candidates are preferred, with a strong understanding of Kuwait/GCC influencer culture and Arabic-speaking audiences.
