Oman OnlineConnect in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. You will prepare a variety of pastries and desserts, design menus, order ingredients, and supervise pastry staff.

We value a passionate baker with knowledge of baking techniques and strict food safety standards, fluent in English, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 1600$ per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary degree or pastry arts certification preferred.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations.
• Fluency in English and good communication skills.
• Experience with Indian cuisine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Designing creative and unique pastry menus.
• Ordering ingredients and supplies needed for daily operations.
• Preparing a variety of pastries and desserts according to recipes.
• Ensuring all food products are of high quality and meet food safety standards.
• Managing inventory levels and maintaining stock of necessary ingredients.
• Training and supervising other kitchen staff members.
• Overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the pastry section in the kitchen.
• Collaborating with other chefs to create new dessert offerings.
