Identity & Access Management Engineer Vectrus

The Identity and Access Management team delivers and manages large, complex Identity and Access Management programs in the areas of Provisioning/De-provisioning, Directory, Highly Privileged Accounts, Access Governance, Single Sign-On, Analytics, and Application Programming Interfaces (API) Management.

Program: OMDAC-SWACA. This position offers company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus, and a tuition reimbursement program! You must satisfy all host country requirements to legally work in the host country in order to be qualified for this position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and implement connectors and technical components for authentication, authorization, identity provisioning, audit and monitoring solutions.
  2. Design and develop integration connectors and interfaces for cross IAM solutions.
  3. Enhance and integrate existing access request and provisioning technologies to a variety of IAM solutions.
  4. Integrate role-based access control, Single Sign-On, automatic and self-service user provisioning, and reconciliation services with existing applications, systems, and networked devices.
  5. Manage user provisioning agents to ensure timely delivery of account moves, additions, and changes to meet service level agreements.
  6. Critique developed business processes and use cases, translating them to technical requirements, designing provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, and data mappings.
  7. Responsible for Single Sign-On & Federation services across the enterprise using the Microsoft Identity infrastructure.
  8. Support Migration Planning & Troubleshooting, Disaster Recovery, Configuration and Optimization, and Performance tuning.
  9. Responsible for Active Directory multi-forest domain consolidation.
  10. Handle Microsoft products including Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), O365 Identity, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  11. All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. Security Clearance: Requires an active Secret Clearance.
  2. Education / Certifications: One year of related academic study above the high school level may be substituted for one year of experience up to a maximum of a 4-year bachelor's degree in a Software Engineering or Business Information Systems discipline for three years general experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferably in Computer Science or MIS, IS, Engineering or related field.
  3. This position requires candidates to adhere to DoD 8570.01M. All candidates are required to maintain at least one (1) baseline certification and one (1) computing environment (CE) certification.
  4. Authorized certifications: IAT Level: IAT III BASELINE: CASP, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP. COMPUTING ENVIRONMENT (CE): Microsoft: 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft: Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, Microsoft: Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft: MCSE: Data Management and Analytics, Microsoft: MCSE: Productivity Solutions Expert, Microsoft: MCSE: Core Infrastructure.
  5. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of practical experience working with MS Forefront Identity Manager (FIM), Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), MS Active Directory Domain Services, MS Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (ADLDS), MS Active Directory Rights Management Services (RMS), MS Identity Lifecycle Manager (ILM), MS Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), MS Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS), MS Server 2012 Application Proxy Service, Azure Identity protection, Identity Management, O365 Identity, and Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  6. Experience with a customer service-oriented company.
  7. Skills & Technology Used: Ability to troubleshoot servers and infrastructure equipment, assess networking requirements and provide solutions, and make accurate and independent decisions under pressure.
