Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our luxury hotel team in Kuwait City. You will install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across hospitality facilities, ensuring peak performance and guest comfort.

We value 2+ years in high-end hotel or commercial settings, strong problem-solving and teamwork, and a willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician, preferably in a luxury hotel or commercial facility.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and refrigeration principles.
• Skilled in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including chillers, air-handling units, fan coil units, and exhaust systems.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and respond promptly to repair requests.
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and adjust temperature control systems to maintain guest comfort.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of maintenance and repair work.
• Ensure all work complies with Four Seasons safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

What You Will Do
