Job summary

A leading construction company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer. You will design and supervise HVAC systems for large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with local standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in Arabic and English and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit are essential. Salary offered is 900 KWD.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven experience in HVAC systems design and supervision, preferably in Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), and VRF systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced mechanical engineer specializing in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the design, supervision, and execution of central air conditioning and ventilation systems across large-scale projects, in line with the company’s reputation in Kuwait’s construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, review, and implement HVAC systems, including chilled water systems, ducting, and air distribution.
• Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and system sizing based on project requirements.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems in coordination with site teams.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, ASHRAE standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients during project phases.
• Prepare technical reports, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resolving site-related issues.
• Conduct quality control inspections and verify system performance.
