Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V. in Kuwait seeks an experienced HSE Supervisor to join our on-site team on a major EPC project. You will support the HSE Manager, guide officers, and implement IMS HSE aspects across the project.

Requires NEBOSH certificate and 12+ years in HSE, with EPC project experience, strong reporting, and English proficiency. Expat package offered, with opportunities to work within a global contractor network.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate is a minimum requirement.
• Minimum 12+ years of HSE experience on EPC projects.
• Excellent knowledge of HSE standards and reporting skills.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for HSE Supervisor to join our top qualified and knowledgeable HSE Team in our project in Kuwait.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assists the HSE Manager in his daily operations.
• Provides guidance/assistance to the HSE Officers and monitor their daily duties.
• Applies and implements the Company’s IMS (HSE aspects) throughout the duration of the project.
• Ensures that all workforce is advised of any HSE hazards by delivering induction courses and toolbox talks, and that the necessary controls and contingency arrangements associated with the work activities are in place.
• Actively executes or assists in the investigation and reporting of all accidents, incidents and near misses.
• Takes prompt corrective action and informing the HSE Manager accordingly with regard to potential HSE hazards.
• Maintains and participates in the schedule of meetings, emergency exercises, inspections and audits that are programmed for the project.
• Promptly responds to all reports received from any employee of non-compliance, unsafe conditions and activities, accidents and near misses.
• Participates in the follow-up and close-out of corrective actions that arise from operational activities, meetings, accidents, incidents, near misses, emergency exercises, inspections or audits that take place within his area of responsibility.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.
• Implement and monitor project HSE plans, procedures, and KNPC safety requirements.
• Conduct routine site inspections and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental hazards.
• Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems and approved Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum 12+ years relevant HSE experience
• Experience in EPC projects are mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of HSE Standards
• Good reporting skills.
• Good command (written and oral) of the English
