The English School, Kuwait is seeking a skilled and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations during an exciting phase of school growth.
This newly created role offers a rare opportunity to shape a high-performing HR function that reflects TES’s values of professionalism, inclusivity, and excellence. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle—recruitment, onboarding, retention, compliance, and performance management—while serving as a key advisor to senior leadership.
A core responsibility of this role is the promotion and implementation of safer recruitment practices, in line with UK child safeguarding standards. The successful candidate will also liaise with the Ministry of Education and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
We are looking for a native English speaker with exceptional communication and leadership skills. A working knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Previous HR experience in a school setting is strongly preferred, and familiarity with Kuwait labour law will be beneficial.
