Responsibilities
- Align current Human resource activities as per the organization's work ethics and requirements.
- Reduce overhead costs by collaborating with team members and creating an annual plan for the same.
- Create a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
- Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
- Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
Skills
- Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve efficiency of HR processes.
- Ensure sharing of information to outsiders in a concise and professional manner.
- Excellent ‘soft’ skills (people management and relationship building).
- Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
