Job description

Responsibilities

  • Align current Human resource activities as per the organization's work ethics and requirements.
  • Reduce overhead costs by collaborating with team members and creating an annual plan for the same.
  • Create a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
  • Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
  • Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.

Skills

  • Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve efficiency of HR processes.
  • Ensure sharing of information to outsiders in a concise and professional manner.
  • Excellent ‘soft’ skills (people management and relationship building).
  • Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
  • Passionate professional with an urge to impact employees and the company in a positive way.
