The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various human resources functions within the organization. They serve as a strategic partner to management, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters to ensure the company's workforce is effectively recruited, trained, and managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the organization's overall business objectives
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce planning needs and provide HR solutions
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances
  • Participate in the development and execution of the company's strategic HR initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in human resources

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
