Job summary

Work standard is seeking a Room Attendant for our Al-Kuwait hotel. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, hardworking, and delivers excellent customer service to guests. You will ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, changing bedding, and maintaining bathrooms and amenities.

Flexibility in hours and prior hospitality experience strengthen candidacy. Applicants should have a high school diploma; a college degree or hospitality management

• Experience in hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Flexible hours to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to ensure a comfortable stay.
• Dust furniture, vacuum, mop floors, and change bedding and towels.
• Clean bathrooms and other room areas; maintain amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints during their stay.
