Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in accordance with safety regulations and manufacturer instructions
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as lubricating and refuelling
• Monitor job sites for hazards while operating equipment
• Load and unload materials onto trucks or trailers
• Inspect all equipment before use to ensure proper working order
• Adhere to all federal, state and local laws
• Follow directions from supervisors/managers
• Operate heavy machinery according to established guidelines
