Job summary

Work corp in Al-Kuwait is searching for a dedicated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our site team. The role focuses on the safe and efficient operation of large machinery used in construction, mining, forestry and related industries.

Ideal candidates will have extensive hands-on experience with bulldozers, excavators, cranes, graders, skid steers, backhoes and loaders, plus a valid operating license and strong troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, cranes, graders, skid steers, backhoes and loaders.
They should have knowledge of the principles of operation and maintenance of the various machines used in the industry as well as a valid license to operate them.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Operate machines according to instructions from supervisors or other personnel while following safety protocols.
Inspect machinery regularly to ensure proper functioning and perform routine maintenance as needed.
Read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints or diagrams for guidance on tasks or repairs.
Participate in safety and compliance activities as required.
