Are you driven by sales and passionate about health, fitness, and wellness? We’re looking for a Health Club Sales Executive who will actively promote our Health Club memberships, achieve sales and revenue targets, and contribute to the growth and success of our wellness offerings in a world-class 5-star hotel environment.


A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:


Proactively sourcing new Health Club members through sales calls, walk-ins, networking, and promotional activities.


Achieving individual monthly sales targets and contributing to the overall team target and Health Club revenue goals.


Following up on leads promptly and converting them into memberships.


Conducting professional show-arounds of Health Club facilities for potential members.


Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to encourage renewals, referrals, and upselling of services.


Assisting in the planning and execution of sales promotions, campaigns, and wellness events to boost membership sales.


Preparing accurate sales reports, tracking performance, and sharing progress with the Health Club Manager.


Monitoring competitor activities and staying updated on market trends to identify opportunities.


What we need from you:


Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury fitness club, or wellness center.


Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach.


Confidence in promoting and selling health, wellness, and lifestyle services.


Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.


Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
