Do you have a passion for fitness, wellness, and exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a Health Club Operation Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, team efficiency, and a welcoming environment for our members and guests.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Supervising the daily operations of the Health Club, Gym, Pool, and Spa facilities.

Leading and motivating the team of fitness instructors, lifeguards, spa attendants, and reception staff to deliver outstanding service.

Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are followed in all areas (pool water checks, equipment maintenance, cleanliness).

Managing member relations—resolving concerns, handling feedback, and promoting membership retention and sales.

Coordinating staff schedules, training, and performance reviews.

Monitoring stock and equipment needs, coordinating with Engineering and Purchasing for timely support.

Supporting revenue generation through upselling memberships, spa treatments, and special promotions.

Preparing daily reports and assisting the Health Club Manager with operational planning and budgeting.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in supervising a health club, spa, or fitness facility (hospitality industry preferred).

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Knowledge of health & safety regulations related to fitness, spa, and pool operations.

Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
