Mission

You’ll be responsible for owning the commercial performance across all verticals:driving sales, managing merchant success and maximizing NCR. You’ll lead a team of e salespeople and account managers and report directly to the COO / CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the commercial strategy
  • Build and manage monthly/quarterly targets across all verticals.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow the Sales & Account Management teams.
  • Build a performance culture rooted in KPIs, ownership and execution.
  • Identify and close key partnerships in the F&B industry.
  • Oversee category performance.
  • Contribute to product/feature roadmap with commercial insight.
Skills
What We’re Looking For?
  • 5+ years in commercial leadership roles preferably in food deliveryorQ-commerce
  • Proven track record of hitting aggressive sales targets and scaling teams.
  • Strong network in the F&B space in Kuwait
  • Solid understanding of NCR, merchant unit economics and partner lifecycles.
