Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Experience with carpentry, painting, and other general handyman tasks.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs on equipment, furniture, appliances, and fixtures.
• Paint walls, repair drywall, and perform other general handyman tasks.
• Install new fixtures, equipment or appliances as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.
