Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a reliable Room Attendant to join our hotel team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will clean guest rooms and public areas, replenish amenities and ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, with strong customer service skills and knowledge of hospitality procedures. Immigrant status is accepted; a high school diploma or equivalent is required to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms which includes making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing amenities, etc.
• Clean public areas such as lobbies, restaurants, restrooms, etc.
• Ensuring all guest requests are met promptly and efficiently
• Reporting any maintenance issues immediately
• Adhering to health & safety regulations
