Job summary

Spark Studio is seeking a Group Pilates Instructor to deliver high-energy classes across Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Sculpt. You will create a safe, inclusive environment, coach attendees, and ensure a premium studio experience.

Responsibilities include class delivery, member engagement, safety compliance, and ongoing professional development. Relevant Pilates certifications and CPR/First Aid are required to ensure member safety and quality instruction.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates instructor with Mat and/or Reformer credentials.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics and safe movement.
• Experience leading group fitness or Pilates classes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging group Pilates classes (Reformer, Mat, Barre, Sculpt) to diverse members.
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations and cues to ensure proper technique.
• Offer modifications for different fitness levels and monitor participants during sessions.
