Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in fitness training.

Reformer/Megaformer/Lagree Trainer

Duration: 24 Months

Location: Kuwait

Overview

We are looking for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated professional Reformer/Megaformer/Lagree Trainer. In this role, you will lead engaging and effective group fitness classes as well as one-to-one training sessions. The ideal candidate will have strong coaching skills, expertise in Pilates and group training, and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standard of coaching as per company guidelines.
• Coach a minimum of three classes per day, with an expectation of four classes daily.
• Deliver both group fitness sessions and one-to-one personal training sessions.
• Provide quality service to existing and potential members/clients.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained training environment.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and routines.
• Supervise and correct clients' exercise form to minimize injury and improve results.
• Offer modifications for different fitness levels and skills.
• Monitor clients' progress and adapt programs accordingly.
• Enforce safety rules and proper use of equipment.

Qualifications

• Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized fitness certification
• Minimum 2 years proven experience.
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition.
• Ability to design and implement personalized training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
