Job summary

Spark Studio is seeking a capable Pilates Instructor to deliver Reformer and Mat Pilates, Barre, and Sculpt classes in Kuwait. You will create a safe, motivating environment for members of varying fitness levels with high-quality coaching and studio experience.

The role offers a rare 5-day work week, base earnings with top performers earning commissions, and tax-free income with accommodation provided. A strong commission structure applies to personal training revenue.

Qualifications

• Recognized certification in Pilates instruction (Mat and/or Reformer).
• Certification or competency in Reformer, Mat, Barre, Sculpt, or Lagree.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
• Experience leading group fitness or Pilates classes.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, exercise technique, and injury prevention.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classes in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Sculpt per programming standards.
• Provide modifications and progressions for varying fitness levels and mobility.
• Monitor participants and offer guidance while maintaining class flow.
• Ensure safety, proper technique, and equipment setup before sessions.
• Foster welcoming, inclusive environment to encourage participation and retention.
