Fit Staff Recruitment invites a certified Mat Pilates Instructor to join a boutique wellness studio in Kuwait. Deliver Mat Pilates classes, cue clearly, and build client relationships in a warm, community-focused space.

Expect a monthly salary up to 750 KWD tax-free, plus 50% PT session commission, 3 months paid accommodation, 30 days leave, visa, relocation flight, medical cover, and ongoing professional development based on performance.

Qualifications

• Recognised Pilates certification (STOTT, BASI, Balanced Body or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of Pilates teaching experience.
• Strong group class experience and confident class management.
• Conversational English with ability to communicate instructions clearly.
• Fun, approachable, and motivating personality.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping people move well.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, well-structured Mat Pilates classes.
• Provide clear cueing and adapt exercises for different abilities.
• Build positive client relationships and encourage progress.
• Prepare the studio before sessions.
• Welcome and check in clients.
• Deliver optional personal training sessions, with commission.
