Job summary

V2X in Kuwait seeks a seasoned Fire Protection Supervisor to implement LOGCAP V plans and lead firefighting and rescue operations. You will ensure safety compliance, oversee engine and ladder crews, and direct EMS responses while maintaining equipment readiness.

Candidate must have strong leadership, English communication, and documentation skills, with experience in dynamic, multinational teams and extreme conditions. This role requires physical endurance and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years with an organized Fire or Emergency Service Department.
• Two years of experience at the level of Company Officer is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain US Gov Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host-nation licenses.

Responsibilities

• Implement fire protection programs and maintain a safe workplace per the Performance Work Statement.
• Conduct fire inspections and document safety records; operate fire alarm equipment and radios.
• Lead firefighting teams during structural, aircraft, hazmat, and rescue operations in accordance with SOPs.
• Supervise firefighters, manage PPE cleanliness, and ensure performance metrics.
• Communicate professionally with subordinates and stakeholders; support LOGCAP and PWS commitments.
• Perform additional duties to meet department metrics and operational needs.
