Job summary

Masaj Co. is seeking an AI Engineer to develop and integrate AI-powered features for our applications using Generative AI, LLMs, and machine learning technologies.

You will build scalable backend services and collaborate with product teams to turn ideas into production-ready capabilities. You should have strong Python skills, hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, FastAPI, and REST APIs, and be comfortable with prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs, FastAPI and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Git, databases and cloud deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-powered features using OpenAI Claude and other LLM APIs.
• Build AI chatbots, agents and intelligent workflows.
• Develop backend APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG and vector databases.
• Optimize AI response accuracy, performance and cost.
• Troubleshoot AI-related issues and collaborate with developers and QA engineers.
