The role requires 3+ years in software or ML engineering, strong Python skills (TypeScript a plus), and experience shipping production AI agents with tool calling and orchestration.

Role Description

The Agentic AI Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait, focused on designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that support the firm’s agentic solutions Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for agentic AI systems, ai agents, and automation, and building workflows that integrate AI tools with existing data and reporting systems. 3+ years in software or ML engineering, strong in Python (TypeScript is a plus)

• Has shipped LLM agents to production, including tool/function calling, multi-step orchestration, memory/state and guardrails
• RAG, vector databases, prompt design, and agent evaluation and tracing
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain or custom) and MCP
• Real-time voice experience: STT/TTS integration and latency tuning
• Messaging integrations, especially WhatsApp Business / Meta APIs
• Backend fundamentals: APIs, Docker, AWS, Git and testing
• Security awareness: prompt injection, multi-tenant data isolation

Nice-to-have

• Arabic or Gulf-dialect NLP (Kuwaiti and Najdi are priorities for us)
• CRM integrations and conversational sales experience
• Fine-tuning or model-evaluation work

How to screen

• Ask for one production agent they shipped and what broke after launch.
• Give a small paid task: build a tool-using agent with a simple eval suite.
• Check how they handled latency, cost and hallucination, not just demos.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in AI tools and frameworks, including experience with agentic AI architectures, workflow orchestration, and integrating large language models into business processes.
• Applied skills in data analysis and automation, such as building data pipelines, using APIs, and deploying AI solutions within business intelligence or reporting environments.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and process design, including mapping workflows, defining requirements, and translating complex business challenges into clear technical implementations.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, explain AI capabilities and limitations, and create guidelines and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications in AI or data analytics are an advantage.
• Experience working on-site in cross-functional teams and the ability to operate in a fast-paced advisory environment; prior experience in consulting or financial services is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, and ethical use of AI technologies.
