Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related).
- MBA or Master's in Business/Sustainability (preferred)
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in contracting or engineering services.
- 5+ years in a senior management or GM role, preferably in renewable energy, energy efficiency, or water systems.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery and business growth.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of green technologies: solar PV systems, HVAC optimization, energy audits, water treatment/recycling, smart metering.
- Familiar with local regulatory environment, sustainability standards, and utility regulations.
- Understanding of project financing, EPC contracts, and public/private tenders.
